Walter Watson Ltd. has grown to become an industry leader in the disciplines of structural steel, reinforcing steel, industrial crane manufacturing.
The company operates in 4 clearly defined market sectors –

The Company vision statement is to ensure quality of supply to all customers across our markets with the delivery of a robust yet cost effective product and service. We have the capability to design, manufacture, distribute and build in all of the above market sectors ensuring a fluid supply chain and measurable quality throughout.
Working from state-of-the-art production facilities in Castlewellan, transportation and distribution depot in Kilmarnock and offices in County Kildare the company has the ability to provide a professional service to a wide portfolio of clients throughout Ireland, the UK and further afield.
Today the company operates from a 21-acre site which includes 350,000 square foot of covered industrial manufacturing and storage facilities with other satellite production facilities at its Dunmore plant and Aughlisnafin road depots.
Since its incorporation in 1975 the company has achieved steady growth and is one of the largest family-owned structural steel and cut and bend reinforcement fabricators in Ireland. In 55 years plus of business the company has acquired the most modern machinery available and are now also the market leaders in overhead cranes.
